Lyn Collingwood (born 6 September 1936; Sydney) is an Australian actress. Collingwood was cast as Colleen Smart on Home and Away and was recurring character in 1988–1989, and returned in 1997 for one episode and then returned in 1999 as regular character.

Collingwood has worked as a social worker and an English, drama and history teacher. She has also worked in research and as an editor of The Australian Encyclopaedia, The Cambridge Encyclopaedia of Australia and The New Age Encyclopaedia. [1]
